The latest invoice scams pretending to be United Rentals or Royal Wolf

Fraudulent Invoices Impersonating Logistics Resources PTY. LTD.

Royal Wolf has been made aware of fraudulent invoices circulating that impersonate Logistics Resources PTY. LTD., a legitimate Australian company. The scammers are operating through the email address [email protected] and the website logistics-resources.com.au. This domain and website have no affiliation whatsoever with Royal Wolf.

These invoices falsely list the Royal Wolf Moorebank depot address as the supplier's depot, creating the misleading impression that Royal Wolf is involved in the transaction. Royal Wolf has no involvement in, and accepts no responsibility for, any invoices issued from this domain. The invoices typically request urgent payment for shipping containers with short payment deadlines. This false sense of urgency is a common tactic employed by scammers to pressure recipients into making payment before they have the opportunity to verify the legitimacy of the invoice.

If you receive a suspicious invoice that lists a Royal Wolf address or references logistics-resources.com.au, do not make any payment. Please contact us directly on 1800 87 4473 to verify the invoice with a member of our team before taking any further action.

Beware of Email Scam Impersonating Royal Wolf with a New Domain

Please be aware of the latest email domain scams where scammers have created a fake email address with the @royalwolfsales.info domain to scam customers. The scammers are using multiple domains with the "royal wolf" name included.

Do note that the official email address domain for Royal Wolf is @ur.com. If you are unsure, do not make any payment, and call us at 1800 87 4473 to speak to one of our team members for verification.

We are aware of the latest OSKO payment scam where scammers ask for payment via OSKO. Please note that Royal Wolf offers OSKO payment as an option for our customers however we DO NOT advertise it on our invoices.

Fraudulent Invoicing Payment Scams referencing Royal Wolf

We are aware that scammers are sending invoices that look like an official Royal Wolf invoice requesting for payment. To increase the credibility, they have included our ABN number and our official registered company name “United Rentals Australia Pty Ltd”. These invoices are not from Royal Wolf. Always check the source of the email address as our official email address domain is @ur.com. If you are unsure, do not make any payment and call us at 1800 87 4473 to verify.
